You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.<\/p>\n

You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.<\/p>\n

Consequences of revocation<\/h2>\n

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undisclosed and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.<\/p>\n

If you have requested that the services start during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with respect to this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided in the contract.<\/p>\n

Fine print: Cost of a fast-net flat rate conference call<\/h2>\n

* If a so-called landline flat rate is not available, the connection fees to the dial-in numbers for the subscriber will apply.<\/p>\n

Tariffs that include a flat rate on landlines usually do not incur any costs for the participants of talkyoo conferences.<\/p>\n

This is different from other conference call providers. The dial-in numbers of the competitors are known to common telephone providers. Some telephone providers o2, NetCologne or Vodafone charge their customers 2.9-9 cents per minute for “services”. This also happens if these services are offered via a German landline number.<\/p>\n

At talkyoo, every customer from Germany has an individual landline number. For example, these numbers are often not recognized by telephone providers as phone numbers of a service.<\/p>\n
