The talkyoo web control<\/a> enables concentrated and efficient work in conference calls <\/a>. <\/p>\n\n

For larger conferences in particular, it is necessary for the moderator to be able to mute all or individual participants.\nThis eliminates background noise in the conference.\nEveryone only hears what is important. <\/p>\n\n

Most people are better at remembering names than telephone numbers. <\/p>\n\n

Since the new update, you can now work with names in the web control<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

This makes it easier to organize your conference call as you can recognize your participants more quickly. <\/p>\n\n

When you introduce a participant, you can mention their name.\nThis helps all participants to follow the conference. <\/p>\n\n

Make your web control personal!<\/h2>\n\n

This is how names are displayed in web control: <\/p>

  1. Before the conference: <\/em>Activate detailed statistics<\/strong>

    The unabridged or complete phone numbers must be displayed so that you can assign the phone numbers to the subscribers.\nActivate the Display of complete phone numbers<\/a><\/em>.

  2. In the conference:<\/em> Open the web control<\/a><\/strong>

    If you are an external moderator, i.e. you do not have an account with talkyoo, you have received a link to the web control for external moderators<\/a> from our customer.\nOpen this link.
    If you have an account with us yourself, log in to     talkyoo.net<\/a>.\nYou can open the web control in the room box.

  3. Click on a displayed telephone number.<\/strong>

    Click on a telephone number.\nYou will then see a thin frame around the number and a cursor (or German cursor).\nNow you can delete the phone number with the backspace key.

  4. Enter the name of the person making the call<\/strong>

    Enter the name.\nAs you enter the name, the font turns green.\nThis indicates that the name has been saved.\nThen click on the next phone number.

  5. Replace other numbers<\/strong>

    Replace other phone numbers with the names of your conference participants.

    Names are now displayed instead of phone numbers.
    The names are also displayed during the next conference if the participant calls from the same telephone number.
